1/ What are the dimensions of the Granulebox and its accessories, as well as their capacities?

2/ How does the dust filter on a Granulebox work?

The dust filter is a 1.5 mm thick perforated steel grid. It is placed at the bottom of the Granulebox on the steel inserts (see the filter installation guide).

When loading the Granulebox with wood pellets, the dust passes through the filter while the pellets remain on top. This helps reduce the amount of dust entering your pellet stove.

3/Can we pay for our Granulebox in installments?

We offer our customers the option to pay for their Granulebox by check in two installments without fees, or via our Payzen payment module in 3 installments without fees, or via PayPal in 4 installments without fees.

4 / What happens if you are not home when your order is delivered?

We offer an option during checkout to have your order delivered to the nearest carrier pick-up point, giving you up to 10 days to conveniently collect your package.

For standard home delivery, you will be notified of the delivery date, and the package will require a signature upon receipt.

5/ Are the wooden legs included with the Granulebox?

All accessories — pellet scoop, wooden legs, wheels, or dust filter — are optional and must be added separately to your Granulebox.

6/ We are having trouble choosing a model or placing an order. What should we do?

7/ Would it be possible to select a different front panel design for the Granulebox?

We can create a custom Granulebox with a unique and original front panel design. Choose a pattern and a color to design your Granulebox exactly as you wish.
