The action resulting from a lack of conformity expires two years from the date of delivery of the goods.

The detailed terms and conditions of sale below (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") exclusively govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website www.boutique.granulebox.fr(hereinafter referred to as a "User" or "You") and BOREL ASSOCIES SAS, a company with a capital of €3,000, whose registered office is located at 1 rue de la Fardelette, 07340 Vinzieux, and registered with the Aubenas Trade and Companies Register under number 820 915 298, VAT number FR76 820 915 298 (hereinafter referred to as "BOREL ASSOCIES"). These Terms and Conditions are the only applicable terms and supersede any other conditions, unless expressly and explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
BOREL ASSOCIES may occasionally modify certain provisions of its Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to review them before each order on the website www.boutique.granulebox.fr(hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). These modifications are enforceable from the date they are posted online and cannot be applied to contracts concluded prior to that date. Each purchase on the Site is governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at the date of the order.

The Site allows BOREL ASSOCIES to offer for sale products manufactured by and/or for BOREL ASSOCIES or its potential business partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") to Users browsing the website www.boutique.granulebox.fr
It should be noted that purchases of Products on the Site are reserved for private individuals who are non-commercial, at least 18 years old, and legally competent.
Any order of a Product offered on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance by the User of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
How to Place an Order
o place your order, our website www.boutique.granulebox.fr is available 24/7, subject to any incidents affecting the level of service.
The ordering process consists of three (3) successive steps.
Once you have selected your Products and validated your shopping cart, you must:
Create an account or log in if you already have one.
Accept the terms and conditions of sale by checking the box provided on the order summary page (titled "Summary").
Choose your payment method.
Once your payment method is selected, you must proceed with the payment of your order, which will formally and definitively establish the sales contract between you and BOREL ASSOCIES.

Product Information
BOREL ASSOCIES takes great care in providing online information regarding the essential characteristics of the Products, notably through detailed descriptions and multiple photographs illustrating the Products, in compliance with the best market standards.
Only the Products listed on the Site on the day of the Customer's order are offered for sale.
Product offers and prices are valid, subject to availability, as long as they are visible on the Site.
The photographs reproduced to illustrate the Products are not contractual. Prices are indicated in Euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery charges. The Value Added Tax (VAT) applied is the rate in effect in France. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the product prices.
The prices applied are those displayed on the Site at the time of the order.
A flat-rate contribution to delivery costs will be communicated to the User during the selection of Products and will be invoiced at the end of the order on the order summary page, in addition to the price of the selected Products.
The Customer must be aware of any customs duties payable upon receipt of the goods. Import taxes are to be paid by the final recipient upon delivery.
Availability
We will fulfill your order subject to the availability of our stock.
In the event that one of the ordered Products is not available in our stock, we commit to manufacturing the ordered Product.
Delivery Methods
We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. All shipments to France and the European Union are inclusive of all taxes (VAT) according to the rate in effect in France.
Delivery times depend on the destination and may vary between 5 and 30 days, in accordance with applicable law.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday will only be validated and processed on the following business day.
A signature will be required upon delivery. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, allowing you to collect your package from the carrier. Packages are held for 7 calendar days.
Shipping costs are flat-rate and will be indicated before order confirmation.
If a package is not received within the indicated timeframe, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier, which may take up to 15 business days.
Before signing the delivery receipt, the Customer must:
Check the apparent condition of the package(s).
Check the condition of the products inside the package(s).
Verify that the products match both the delivery receipt and the order.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to carry out all necessary checks to ensure the conformity of the products upon delivery. This verification is considered complete once the Customer has signed the delivery receipt.
In case of any anomalies upon delivery, the Customer must make precise, clear, and detailed reservations and may refuse delivery of the package(s), specifying the reasons for the refusal.
When delivery is made by a carrier, the Customer must record any reservations on the delivery receipt.
Additionally, the Customer may submit precise reservations regarding the delivered products no later than three days after receipt or collection of the products.
If no precise reservations are made by the Customer, the delivery will be presumed conforming, subject to the guarantees provided under Articles L.211–1 to L.212–2 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
Subsequently, any anomaly must be reported as soon as possible after receipt of the Products to BOREL ASSOCIES customer service:

BOREL ASSOCIES reserves the right to request that the Customer return any non-conforming or damaged Product.
In the case of abnormal or abusive returns, BOREL ASSOCIES may refuse to process future orders.
Secure Payment
OREL ASSOCIES provides the following payment methods: credit card (CB, Visa, or Mastercard) and PayPal.
Your order will be debited upon confirmation, provided that prior authorization has been obtained from the relevant payment centers. Otherwise, your order cannot be processed.
The bank server is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all payment data as effectively as possible. At no time do the User’s banking details pass through Granulebox’s IT system.
In line with our commitment to secure payments, GRANULEBOX verifies the reliability of the information entered when placing an order. This process aims to prevent online payment fraud and protect all consumers.
Consequently, GRANULEBOX customer service may request additional information in certain cases (such as a copy of an ID or proof of address) to validate your purchase and ship your order. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend providing a phone number where you can be easily reached and confirming the information provided or returning the requested documents within the day.
GRANULEBOX will not be obliged to deliver the ordered products if the Customer does not pay the full price under the conditions indicated above.
In the event of incomplete, irregular, or missing payment for any reason, or in case of any payment incident, BOREL ASSOCIES reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of pending orders.
Right of Withdrawal with Refund
The User has a period of fourteen (14) full days from the date of receipt to return the Product(s) they ordered, excluding custom-made Granuleboxes for which the Customer has approved the 3D rendering.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.
The Customer must place all products in the original package(s) and carefully prepare the return package(s). Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Returns will only be accepted if the product return procedure is followed by the Customer.
The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the returned products are unsuitable for resale, for example, due to evident damage.

Within 14 days (the postmark or another transport document with a stamped return date will serve as proof). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
In the event of a return of the products by the Customer exercising their right of withdrawal in accordance with this article, the Customer assumes the transport risks.
The Customer who exercises their right of withdrawal may choose either to request an exchange of the products or a refund.
Refund or Exchange
If the Customer wishes to exchange the products, returns will only be accepted by Granulebox if the return procedure described above is followed.
Once the return is accepted by Granulebox, the Customer’s request will be processed. The new products will be delivered to the Customer within a reasonable timeframe, depending on product availability. The shipping costs for exchanged products are the responsibility of the Customer (return and re-shipment). The Customer must include a €29 check with the return package to cover preparation costs.
If the products ordered by the Customer are unavailable, Granulebox will inform the Customer and proceed with a refund of the order under the conditions described below.
Product Refund
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, Granulebox undertakes to refund the Customer (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days from the date the right was exercised, after verifying the returned products.
The refund will be made using the payment method chosen by the Customer or as a store credit valid on the website, minus any return shipping costs if the product return option was selected by the Customer.
Any product damaged by the Customer will not be refunded.
Sale Periods and Private Sales
The User has a period of seven (7) full days from the date of receipt to return the Product(s) they ordered.

Warranty
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty, provided they have been used normally and the care instructions have been followed.
Article L211-4 of the French Consumer Code:
The seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
The seller is also responsible for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when these assembly or installation tasks were the seller’s responsibility under the contract or carried out under their supervision.

General Provisions
Force Majeure:
Granulebox shall not be liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations under this contract if such non-performance is caused by an event constituting force majeure, notably in the event of disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communication, flood, or fire.
Granulebox shall notify the User of an event constituting force majeure within 10 working days following its occurrence.
The Parties agree to consult with each other as quickly as possible to determine the terms for processing the order during the period of the force majeure event.
Entirety of the Contract
These general terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relations between Granulebox and the User are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. However, BOREL ASSOCIES undertakes to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
Intellectual Property
The entirety of the content on the Granulebox Website (illustrations, texts, wordings, trademarks, images, video) is the exclusive property of Granulebox. Any partial or total reproduction of the content, by any process whatsoever and on any medium, is subject to the prior and express authorization of Granulebox.
Granulebox cannot give you permission to copy, display, or distribute any content for which you do not possess intellectual property rights. Any use of this content in violation of the rights held by third parties is considered the offense of counterfeiting, which is severely sanctioned by the Intellectual Property Code. GRANULEBOX shall under no circumstances be held responsible for the violation by a user of rights held by third parties, perpetrated by reason of the latter's activities on the Website.
